Pursuant to communication dated March 27, 2026 received from The Investor Education and Protection Fund (“IEPF”) Authority, Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) , your company has re-initiate a Second 100 days Campaign -“Saksham Niveshak”starting from April 01, 2026 to July 09, 2026.

During this campaign, all shareholders who have not claimed their dividend for any financial years or have not updated their KYC or any issues related to unclaimed dividends and shares may write to Company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (“RTA”) i.e., MUFG Intime India Private at the following  :

Shareholders may further note that this campaign has been started specifically to reach out to the shareholders to update their KYC, business mandates, Nominee and contact information. The shareholders may also claim their dividend in order to prevent their shares from being transferred to the Investors Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA).
